Terumo Syringes composed of a barrel, plunger and gasket are sterile, single use medical devices intended for the injection of fluids into the body, aspiration of fluids and sampling of blood or other body fluids. They offer the necessary quality and supply reliability that drug developers need to meet parenteral delivery challenges and product commercialization goals.

Design targeting for accurate and reliable performance

  • Leak-proof ISO-compliant Luer Slip and Luer Lock connectors
  • Accurate expelled volume control following EN ISO 7886-1
  • Double- stop gasket design to prevent disconnection during aspiration

  • In compliance with applicable ISO standards and Pharmacopoeia
  • Sterilization by irradiation to a Sterility Assurance Level at least 10-6
  • Compatible with hypodermic needles following EN ISO 80369-7
